Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Shrimps
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Remove tails if preferred.
Tip:
Dry shrimp = crispier coating.
Step 2: Set Up Your Breading Station
In separate bowls: flour in one, beaten eggs in another, and panko with all seasonings in the third.
Tip:
Use separate hands for wet and dry for neater breading.
Step 3: Bread the Shrimps
Coat each shrimp in flour, then egg, then seasoned panko. Press crumbs to stick.
Tip:
Double-dip for a crunchier bite.
Step 4: Arrange and Spray
Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with oil.
Tip:
Don’t crowd the basket—crisping needs airflow.
Step 5: Air Fry
Cook at 390°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
Tip:
Test one shrimp for doneness before finishing the batch.
Notes
Best served fresh—shrimp lose crispiness if stored too long.
Adjust Cajun spice level to taste.
Great with fresh greens or as a taco filling!
