Ingredients
For the Spritz
1cuppeach nectar or juicechilled
1cupsparkling water or club soda
1/2cupProsecco or dry white wineoptional for alcoholic version
6–8 fresh mint leaves or basil leaves
1/2peachthinly sliced
Ice cubes
For Garnish
Extra mint or basil sprigs
Thin peach slices
Optional: lemon or lime wheels
Instructions
Step 1: Prep Your Ingredients
Slice the peach and wash your herbs. Choose mint for coolness or basil for depth.
Step 2: Bruise the Herbs
Place herbs in the glass and gently press to release aroma.
Step 3: Add Peach Nectar and Ice
Pour 1/2 cup peach nectar into each glass. Add ice.
Step 4: Top With Fizz and Booze (If Using)
Add 1/4 cup sparkling water and 1/4 cup Prosecco or wine if using.
Step 5: Garnish and Serve
Garnish with peach slices and herbs. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use frozen peach slices to chill the drink without watering it down.Swap in other juices like apricot or mango for a twist.For a nonalcoholic version, skip the Prosecco and add more sparkling water.
